Great portions of food for an even better price! We love stopping there for the special combination dinner for 1. Go there! You won't be disappointed! Everything is cooked to order and it is served quickly.
The food was decent, but there should be a minimum age requirement for pricing. We were charged $10 for a child under 9, even though our 2-year-old only had one shrimp from the buffet.
I usually call ahead to order takeout and have learned that during peak times the food often isn't ready so will add 10 minutes to the pick up time. If it's not during the dinner rush it's always ready at the time given. During the supper rush there's often a line to pay as the person manning the register is also answering the phone taking orders. The debit machine is usually quite slow and since there is only one phone line transactions are interrupted if a call comes in while the machine is in use. Regardless of minor inconveniences I still recommend this place as the food is always good - it's fresh, served hot and is fairly priced. Wong's Special Combination is always a good choice and will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites while a half order is available for those who want something on the lighter side.
Usually good. But very ungrateful service last time. As I called in ahead of time for a take out order, because I traveling and would be there 30 minutes before closing time(open times according to the website when I googled the phone number). I got there and he had closed an hour earlier because there was some club town meeting being held there. But the front door wasn't locked. Owner was very rude when I tried to order, but he made the take out orders for me anyway.
Ventured out to try local cuisine while I was in the area. I must say probably the best thing in Canora.
Great local stop. Hamburgers are amazing and the Chinese food is excellent as well.
